The sake industry is full of dedicated and hardworking individuals committed to perfecting their craft. These are just some of the people that I have been fortunate enough to meet during my numerous sake adventures.
 Hara San of Hara ShuzoHara Shuzo 原酒造 is the smallest kura in Hiroshima prefecture.Their representative brand is Houraitsuru. |  Ishikawa San of Taketsuru ShuzoMr Tatsuya Ishikawa of Taketsuru Shuzo in Takehara, Hiroshima. A gentleman and true legend of the industry. |  Sakamoto San of Yoshida ShuzoThe fabulous Sakamoto-san, fellow Kurabito and friend who works at Yoshida Shuzo. They make the popular Shimane sake Gassan 月山. |
